Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2025

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made for Barhop Builder, a website subscription service offered by Barhop Design Quincy, located at 301 Oak Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees in the amount of $59.99 (USD) are non-refundable. Once payment for a monthly subscription has been processed, no refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances. Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Yearly Subscriptions

Customers who purchase a yearly subscription in the amount of $599.99 (USD) may be eligible for a full refund if the subscription is cancelled within ten (10) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that a written cancellation request is submitted in accordance with Section 3 below.
After this ten (10) day period, all yearly subscription payments are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under this Policy, you must submit a written cancellation notice to the Company within the applicable time frame.
All refund requests must include:

  • The account holder’s full name and email address associated with the subscription,

  • The date of purchase, and

  • A clear statement of the request for cancellation and refund.

Refund requests must be submitted to zweaver@barhopdesignquincy.com.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.

4. Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written notice to the Company. Access to services will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which service will automatically terminate. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining days or months in a billing cycle.

5. Changes to This Policy

Barhop Design Quincy reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
